VISITING THE "GREEK" SIDE OF THE FAMILY

It is always a lot of laughs and good memories in visiting JeJe's family in Petrila.
In July, we spent several days with a kind of family reunion; JeJe's aunt Geta was grateful for the time we all spent together - we were too.
We call them the "Greek" side, after seeing MY BIG FAT GREEK WEDDING; we completely relate to having to completely different cultures collide.  YES, they are fun and loud and all those wonderful things; and they would do just about anything for another family member in need.

JeJe's 1st Cousin "Lau" helping keeping James dry as he waits
for a break in the rain to get some fishing in (he is "hooked").

James is up in the tree, picking cherries.
Elli has a new "husky"friend
Under the tree are 3 "Aunties (L-R, Ionica ,Geta & Bela)
