FEBRUARY 2013 UPDATE
PRAISES
* Our first baby dedication. A single mom who prayed with JeJe to receive Jesus as her savior also wanted to have her baby boy dedicated. We are thankful to the Lord for allowing us to be a part of His work.
* Our veterinarian praying with JeJe to accept Jesus into his heart. Please pray for seeds to deeply take root and fruit to come forth.
* The fruit we are seeing in the church here and from the evangelisms/outreaches.
* The baseball players are counting down the time until we get to play again.
* It has been a fairly "easy" winter for Romania; especially compared to the great devastation that was here last year and we are thankful for a better season, snow is melting early (we do expect more snow to come this month). It is a good sign that we may have Spring by early/mid March.
* Good health so far for us this winter.
* Coleen's medical tests came through very well but she has to continue Dr. visits/check ups every 6 months.
PRAYER REQUESTS
* For continued wisdom in building the church here. The Lord has raised up a couple of church members who want to "help" and be more involved - prayers needed for them and for more to rise up.
* To be lead by the Holy Spirit in this years' events/planning for the church, outreaches, women's ministry, baseball outreaches, etc.
*Our calendar is in motion and baseball meetings with coaches/volunteers is next weekend. Please pray for wisdom for JeJe in directing this branch of what we do here, and for the wonderful volunteers/parents who are getting involved.
* Prayer for the Women's Brunch on March 2nd (we celebrate "women's day" - close to Mother's Day in the U.S. but celebrating all women on March 8th). The Lord to draw those He would have come and to draw unsaved women or women who need to hear what He wants to speak during the devotional. For Coleen to be lead by the H.S. in setting this event up and the Lord's Kingdom to be furthered and Him glorified in the lives of the ladies.
* Pray for fruit to come from the outreaches we do in the city and student areas. pray for the city of Cluj and hearts to turn to the Lord.
* Continued good health for all of us.
* Salvation for JeJe's unsaved family members (esp. his aunt Geta).
* A blessed time for us as a couple at the Independent Church's of Romania conference happening in a few weekends. The Lord to build and solidify relationships with other church's pastor's here and continue to unite His people/church here in Romania for the purpose of furthering Christ's Kingdom.

WHEN LIFE HANDS YOU SNOW...SNOWBOARD !!!
We are very blessed to live near a couple of ski lifts. The one we frequent most (shown here), is just a 15 minute drive from our home. it is "FREE" if you are willing to walk the hill, which a majority of the time our children do - it's great fun and exercise and a GREAT PLACE TO EVANGELIZE !!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS 2012
So many great memories - it was a very memorable and blessed Christmas. VERY busy month of outreaches and "breaking of bread" events. Packed into December were: There was our baseball end of season party, an Open House Christmas party (outreach) to our community, Christmas Eve for the body, and Christmas day. We are truly blessed to serve Jesus here in Cluj.
